Probably the most iconic beach in Kauai is the infamous Hanalei beach! If you are lucky enough to find yourself in Hanalei, you will undoubtably see the Hanalei Pier. I wanted to capture this beautiful spot however, I was also so moved by the pristine turquoise water that I felt the best view would be from an arial shot looking down. I love how the symmetry of the pier juxtaposes the asymmetry of the crashing waves.
